To find the information you need
about your loved one you will need their Simpler Times Number and
Password.
Both of these are on the contact card you should have.
If you have troubles finding the contact card, the Simpler Times
Funeral Arrangement Kit used by your loved one to register their wishes,
included a booklet titled, How to Organize and Arrange for Simpler Funeral
Services. They were instructed to write the Number and Password on the
inside front cover of that booklet.
