At Everest of Thunder Bay, our very reason for being, is to provide comfort to bereaved families in our community, at a time when they need it most.
We will remain dedicated to providing the highest level of personalized, compassionate service, and practical assistance and support, with quality products, in the warmest and most inviting of |
 | surroundings, at a cost that is affordable for our clients and fair to both the consumer and our company.
We will always respect the dead and honour the sacred trust that is bestowed upon us when families entrust their loved one to our care. We will never forget that while funeral service is a business, first and foremost it is our chosen vocation.
We will care for each and every family as though they were one of our own, regardless of their race, religion, or financial means.
We will continue to adapt and change to meet the needs and wishes of our ever-changing society, while at the same time upholding the time-honoured traditions of the past and our chosen profession.
We will continue to provide total and complete offerings and explanations to every family to ensure that they make informed decisions that meet their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
We will continue to follow-through with families, so that they know that our care and concern for their well-being does not end with the funeral.
We will serve others, to the best of our ability, as we would wish others to serve us.
